third floor will house Fly Ash Studios, the home and gallery of a local
artist and downtown proponent

summer of 2007, the Street Level will be available for leasing to
prospective tenants
The
Street Level Suite will be accessible from West Federal Street and
from the Market Court Garden Lobby which is adjacent to the Oakland
Center for the Arts
The
2200 square foot space is ideal for a tavern, niteclub or cafe location as
many business and performing arts facilities are located within a five
minute wall
